As an Asian American therapist, my mission is to empower individuals in navigating life's challenges and traumas towards a path of healing and resilience.
Drawing from my cultural background and professional expertise, I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and emotions with compassion and understanding.
With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I offer a unique approach to trauma therapy, assisting clients in processing and integrating difficult memories to promote healing and growth.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. I believe that by fostering self-awareness and insight, individuals can cultivate healthier habits and coping strategies to navigate life's challenges more effectively. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I work alongside my clients to identify and build upon their strengths, empowering them to create positive change and live more fulfilling lives.
I received my Master of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University and also received a BA in Psychology + Social Behavior and BA in Education Sciences from University of California, Irvine. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW #108827) providing services under the supervision of Morgan Hubbell, LMFT CA #116549.
