My commitment lies in empowering clients to cultivate happier and more fulfilling lives by addressing internal shame, fostering self-compassion, and reshaping limiting personal narratives. With experience spanning clients of all ages, I assist individuals in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, critical self-talk, and life transitions.
Taking a holistic approach, I recognize that factors such as race, class, gender, sexual orientation, health, and physical abilities profoundly shape each person’s experience. I integrate evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Narrative Therapy techniques—to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe and accepted.
Dedicated to providing a supportive space, I empower clients to explore their emotions and embark on a meaningful healing journey.
Outside of therapy, my passions include surfing, playing beach volleyball, working out, dancing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Long Beach, and am a registered Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW #116755) providing services under the supervision of Morgan Hubbell, LMFT (CA #116549).
