Individual Therapy Sessions

  • Licensed Therapist: $250 per 50-minute session

  • Associate Therapist: $180 per 50-minute session

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration

EMDR Therapy

90-minute EMDR sessions: Individual sessions held via telehealth, recommended for EMDR processing. These extended sessions are prorated and available for private pay clients only, as insurance reimbursement does not account for the additional time needed for comprehensive EMDR work.

Understanding Your Insurance Benefits

While we strive to be as accurate as possible when verifying benefits, your fees may change depending on your eligibility and benefits during the date of your sessions.

We recommend that you:

Call the number on the back of your insurance card

Ask your member representative about your "mental health outpatient office visit" benefits. Be sure to also ask about telehealth coverage, as some insurances have different copays or coverage terms for telehealth sessions compared to in-person visits.

Important: Knowing your insurance benefits is the client's responsibility. Any sessions not paid by insurance will be charged to the client

What to Ask Your Insurance Company

When calling your insurance provider, ask about:

Your mental health copay amount

Your deductible and whether it applies to mental health services

Whether you need a referral from your primary care physician

Your coverage percentage for out-of-network providers (if applicable)

Payment Options

Payment is due at the time of service

We accept credit cards through SimplePractice

For insurance claims, we'll handle the filing process for you if we're in-network with your insurance provider. If we're out-of-network, we can provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy:

Changes, cancellations, and no-shows to any appointment within 48 hours will incur a fee

This fee is the full amount of your session fee

Important: Insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions, so you will be responsible for the full fee. (This does not include the copay fee)

If you are late, your appointment will still need to end on time

For purposes of determining cancellation fees for in-network clients, if your insurance company reimburses the practice $115 for a 50-minute therapy session and your copay is $25, your cancellation fee will be $115 for missed sessions not canceled prior to the 48-hour window.
