Morgan is a licensed marriage and family therapist who strives to bring affirming care to neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ people. She also works with siblings of children and adults with disabilities.
Morgan has worked in a variety of settings, starting at the non-profit Richstone Family Center working with at-risk children and adults both individually and in groups. She also worked in community mental health, providing therapy services in the community and in the home.
She transitioned to school-based therapy working with high school and elementary students at school. She also provided social-emotional learning for the school and helped train staff and faculty about the emotional needs of students. She also trained district personnel about workplace burnout and its impact on daily life.
Throughout her time in the schools, much of Morgan’s work focused on children with special needs, their siblings, and their parents. She worked closely with IEP case carriers to deliver mental health services to these children and their families.
Morgan transitioned to private practice in 2021 to continue working with children and adults with disabilities, their siblings, caregiving, and burnout.
She now is a Supervisor at Be Seen Therapy sharing her knowledge with associate therapists who are gaining hours towards licensure. Morgan believe's in the power of collaboration, reflective practice, and continuous learning, which are the cornerstones of her supervisory approach. Her mission is to foster an environment where therapists can flourish, serving their clients with empathy and skill, while also finding fulfillment in their own professional development. She is committed to cultivating a culture of open communication, self-awareness, and the highest ethical standards within our therapeutic community. Morgan feels that it is an honor to guide therapists on their transformative journey, and she is dedicated to empowering them to be the best versions of themselves in their crucial roles as healers and guides to those in need.
